We have an exciting opportunity within the Placements Team– part of our Business Support Service for a self-motivated Business Support Officer providing essential support to our practice staff members.
Your tasks will include oversight of quality, monitoring and analysis of KPIs. You will also monitor, co-ordinate and supervise the work of a small team of Business Support Assistants maintaining oversight and monitoring of processes ensuring consistency and maintaining staffing rotas. You will receive training and support in all areas.
You will play an important role in the effective day to day running of the service we are looking for people who are well organised; have good attention to detail and who can work to and meet tight deadlines; you must be able to work effectively within a team environment, be customer and child focused and be able to deliver the role with a flexible approach

This is a hybrid role based in Birmingham so you must reside within a suitable commutable distance around Birmingham and have the correct right-to-work documents to work in the UK. Sadly, we do not support those who require sponsorship.
