    Braymoor Road is seeking dedicated and experienced Night Wake Officer to join our supportive and nurturing team. This is an exciting time to join us, and we need the right talent to help us to continue to improve and grow our services.
     
    About Braymoor Road: Bridgelands provides medium to long term care for up to three children of either gender between 8 and 18 years of age who have emotional and behavioural difficulties and may have a diagnosis of ADHD or an ASC and an Education Health and Care Plan. Currently there are 3 Children/young person aged between 16 and 15 years. 
     
     We are looking for enthusiastic and highly motivated individuals who have experience of working with children. You will receive full support, ongoing training, and development opportunities. The Residential provision is a 24hr service, applicant for these roles will be expected to work shifts, weekends, and bank holidays.
     
    Note: this is a part time role, working 20 hours per week. The salary advertised will be pro rota'd.

    About you:
    • Experience working with children with Emotional Behavioural Difficulties and challenging behaviour.
    • Strong organisation and time managements skills.
    • Excellent communication skills, with experience in imparting independent skills.
    • A compassionate and patient approach, with a commitment to providing high-quality care.
    • Ability to work collaboratively with co-workers, a range of professionals and stakeholders.
    • Relevant qualifications in childcare are desirable.
