    Recognised by Ofsted as being a ‘Good’ provider of children’s social care, an exciting opportunity has arisen to join Birmingham Children’s Trust as an Internal Recruiter.

    As a key member of the HR team, you will report to the Talent Acquisition Partner.

    As the Internal Recruiter, your role will include:

    • Undertaking recruitment at all levels including providing expert advice and guidance to managers.
    • Working closely with key customers and external stakeholders
    • Monitoring the agency master vendor contract daily operation
    • Ensuring an excellent candidate experience

    The successful candidate will:

    • Proactively seek opportunities to build relationships
    • Provide professional advice to stakeholders both face to face and digital
    • Have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Have excellent communication, organisation and planning skills.
    • Build effective collaborative working relationships with a range of stakeholders and team members.
    • Be an effective self-starter, with the ability to prioritise your work to meet deadlines; whilst remaining focused in this fast-paced environment. 
    • Experience of undertaking high volume agency and permanent recruitment and selection ideally in the social care field or similar. 
    • In depth knowledge of recruitment and selection practices, policies and legislation.
    • Experience of managing high volume bespoke recruitment campaigns, supporting hiring managers with writing advertisements, shortlisting, applying selection methods, making offers, and onboarding.
    • Demonstratable working knowledge of using recruitment and selection social media platforms.
