  • Exciting Opportunity: Business Support Assistant

    We are looking for a self-motivated Business Support Assistant to join our team, providing essential administrative support within our Legal Service.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Ensure the effective day-to-day running of the service maintaining and managing mailboxes and telephone calls.
    • Work in an organised way, with attention to detail, and be able to collate information from a variety of sources.
    • Collaborate effectively within a team environment.
    • Undertake financial processes
    • Work in a hybrid setup across two sites, with at least two days a week in the office

    About You:

    • Are you a ‘can-do' person, who is passionate about delivering a high-quality service?
    • Can you work effectively within a dedicated team environment, while being both child and customer focused and be able to deliver the role with a flexible forward-thinking and creative approach? 
    • Do you possess strong literacy, numeracy, and basic IT skills for the day-to-day work of the Business Support Service? 
    • Do you have strong customer service skills, a strong focus on quality and be organised? 
    • Are you confident in meeting tight deadlines and communicating effectively at various levels whilst being flexible, and proactive? 
    • Does your strong administrative experience allow you to solve varied problems independently with initiative and minimal supervision? 
    • Are you equipped to handle sensitive or emotive subject matters confidently?
