• About The Role

  • As a key member of the HR team, you will join the team as a HR Business Partner and serve as a strategic link. This role involves delivering HR advice, guidance, partnering, and stakeholder oversight. Proactively aligning workforce strategies with organisational objectives, it fosters a positive and high performing environment.
     
     The successful candidate will proactively seek new opportunities to build relationships and provide professional advice to stakeholders in a blended way; both face to face and digital. They will be responsible for the operational delivery of people services which underpin effective management, progression of cases and change programmes through our HR policies and procedures.  

    With excellent communication, HR business partnering and employee relations skills you will be required to build effective collaborative working relationships with a range of stakeholders and team members. You will require the experience of partnering other large, complex, and fast paced organisations. 

    You will be an effective self-starter, have excellent organisational skills coupled with the ability to prioritise your work to meet deadlines; whilst remaining focused in this fast-paced environment. The role will be part of a strong, supportive team where you can further develop your professional skills.  

    Onboarding Process: Please note as part of our onboarding process, the successful candidate will be required undergo a series of background checks with Experian Including Experian Right to Work, and Digital ID verification. These are essential pre-employment requirements. This is a hybrid role based in Birmingham so you must have the correct right-to-work documents to work in the UK. Sadly, we do not support those who require sponsorship.
