  • We have an exciting opportunity within our Business Support Service for a self-motivated Business Support Assistant, within our Targeted Family Help Business Support Team providing essential support to our practice staff members. 

    The Targeted Family Help Business Support Team provide support to practitioners who provide early intervention for children and families across Birmingham.

    You will be working with colleagues and multi-agency professionals at all levels across the service to contribute to positive outcomes for some of the most vulnerable children and families

    Onboarding Process: Please note as part of our onboarding process, the successful candidate will be required undergo a series of background checks with Experian Including Experian Right to Work, and Digital ID verification. These are essential pre-employment requirements. This is a hybrid role based in Birmingham so you must have the correct right-to-work documents to work in the UK. Sadly, we do not support those who require sponsorship.

    Teams are citywide, working on a hybrid basis, and are based either at One Avenue Road or Lifford House, Stirchley.  Hybrid working involves a minimum of 2 days based in the office per week with the remainder working from home.  All staff are required to attend additional days set by management as and when required for Team meetings, supervision or due to rota purposes.  These days are determined by management.

    Working hours are 8:45am to 5:15pm Monday to Thursday and 8:45 am to 4:15pm Fridays.

    Please state on Application form preference for main site – One Avenue Road Aston or Lifford House.  There may be some requirement to work across both on some occasions as requested by management and flexibility is required.
