• About The Role

  • Are you seeking a fulfilling role in Finance? Do you want to make a real difference to the lives of vulnerable children and young people in Birmingham? 

    We are looking for two Finance Business Partner's to join our team on a permanent basis. As a CCAB qualified accountant, you will use your business partnering expertise to deliver strategic and operational financial advice to budget holders across Birmingham Children's Trust.

    You will work with service managers to enhance financial performance. Use your technical accounting and IT skills to deliver excellent financial services. Develop and implement financial strategies to support the delivery of business objectives.

    You will prepare and present detailed financial reports to senior management. Conducting financial analysis and forecasting to guide decision-making. Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards, mitigating financial risks.

    About You:

    • You will have strong management, communication, and organisational skills
    • You will have proven technical accounting experience
    • You will have experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
    • You will have practical experience of financial software and tools
    • You will have the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
    • You will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
