    We have a great opportunity for proactive and self-motivated Business Support Officers to join our Management Support/PA Team.

    Our team helps build strong relationships to enable the Leadership Team to work efficiently, stay organised, and anticipate their needs. By planning ahead and supporting their tasks, the Management Support Team ensures our Leaders (Head of Services) can concentrate on their main responsibilities without interruption.

    What can you expect?

    • Provide full secretarial and administrative support to the Assistant Directors.
    • Organise and support meetings, including on-site meetings, with minute taking, and note taking and general secretarial duties.
    • Work in an organised way, with attention to detail, and be able to collate information from a variety of sources.
    • Collaborate effectively within a team environment.
    • Undertake financial processes. i.e. raising purchase orders.
    • Work in a hybrid setup across two sites, One Avenue Road (Aston) and Lifford House (Stirchley), with at least two days a week in the office

    This is a hybrid role based in Birmingham so you must have the correct right-to-work documents to work in the UK. Sadly, we do not support those who require sponsorship.

    About you:

    We are looking for diligent Business Support Officers who will play a critical role in the effective day-to-day operations of the Business Support Service. The ideal candidates will demonstrate strong literacy, numeracy, and IT skills.

    • You will have excellent communication skills, enabling you to engage effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
    • Have excellent organisational skills with a strong commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
    • Demonstrate the ability and confidence to meet tight deadlines while remaining flexible, proactive, and able to take initiative.
    • Your strong administrative experience will enable you to support the business leaders in fulfilling their roles whilst working with initiative and minimal supervision.
