About Trinity
Trinity will be a specialist long-stay residential home providing care for up to 4 children with a range of learning disabilities. Our aim is to create a nurturing environment where children can develop the skills and confidence, they need for day-to-day life. We support children with emotional well-being, health, and social needs, tailoring our care to meet their individual requirements.
This is an exciting time to join us, and we need the right talent to help us to continue to improve and grow our services. All our current homes are rated GOOD with Ofsted and we aspire to be Outstanding.
We are looking for enthusiastic and highly motivated individuals who have experience of working with children. You will receive full support, ongoing training, and development opportunities.
The Residential provision is a 24hr service, applicants for these roles will be expected to work shifts, weekends, and bank holidays.

This is a role based at Trinity, Birmingham so you must have the correct right-to-work in the UK documents. Sadly, we do not support those who require sponsorship.
About you
- Experience working with children with learning disabilities, autism, complex health conditions, and challenging behaviour OR equivalent.
- Strong organisation and time managements skills.
- Excellent communication skills, with experience in using communication aids.
- A compassionate and patient approach, with a commitment to providing high-quality care.
- Ability to work collaboratively with co-workers, a range of professionals and stakeholders.
- Relevant qualifications in childcare are desirable.

Please note as part of our onboarding process, the successful candidate will be required undergo a series of background checks with Experian Including Experian DBS, Right to Work, and Digital ID verification. We will also require a full employment history to comply with schedule 2 of the Children’s Homes regulations These are essential pre-employment requirements.
