We have an opportunity within our Business Support Service for a passionate and self-motivated full time Team Leader providing essential support to the Child Protection Conferencing Team and our Practice colleagues. As Team Leader for the Child Protection Conferencing Business Support team, you will have a responsibility to carry out a pivotal role in supporting the smooth and efficient delivery of all aspects of the service.
A typical day will entail you overseeing the two teams that sit within Child Protection Conferencing, one team who convene the conferences and one team who complete all post-conference tasks. It's a fast paced role that will require a solution focused approach, balancing this with meeting agreed KPI's.
Currently, there is a requirement to attend the office once a week, however this is subject to review in the near future and is aligned with the needs of our Practice colleagues that we support.
