Birmingham Children’s Trust is on the lookout for two visionary Heads of Service to lead transformation in our Fostering Service. One will have the primary responsibility for Kinship and Mainstream recruitment and assessment, the second will have regulatory responsibility as the Registered Manager , with primary focus for foster carer retention, support, and supervision .
