    We have an exciting full time opportunity within RAA (Adoption) – part of our Business Support Service for a self-motivated Business Support Administrator  providing essential support to our practice staff members.  

    You will play an important role in the effective day to day running of the service we are looking for people who are well organised; have good attention to detail and who can work to and meet tight deadlines; you must be able to work effectively within a team environment, be customer and child focused and be able to deliver the role with a flexible approach.
     
    The role will be based at Lifford house - but you will also be required to attend One Avenue, Aston,  for meetings and any cover required. We operate a hybrid model of remote working. 
     
    About You….
    You will be a ‘can-do' person, who is passionate about high quality service delivery and performance.  You will be able to work effectively within a dedicated team environment, be customer focused and able to deliver the role with a flexible approach.
     
    Key skills we will be looking for in your personal statement include:
    Minute taking (desirable)
    Microsoft programmes: Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook
    Good communication and organisational skills
    Good soft skills: active listening, working with key stakeholders of all levels
    The ability to independently interpret and analyse information and facts to solve varied problems
    The ability to manage a process, ensuring accurate and timely outputs
    Able to resolve internal/external issues and provide a solution focused response
